İlber Aydemir represents domestic and multinational industrial conglomerates as well as local and international investors in their domestic and overseas investments. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets law, industrial relations, and employment law.
Following five years at a leading and pioneering multinational law firm, he then served as a senior executive for 6 years at Koç Holding, which is the leading industrial, energy, and finance conglomerate of Turkey.
He currently serves on the executive committee of the Metal Industry Employers Association Education Foundation. He is a member of Social Security and Employment Working Group at Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD). He supports the Endeavor Association as an entrepreneur mentor and is the founder of Angel Advisors brand, which is established with a view to provide support to technology startups.
