Gupse Hatko-Aydemir leads a diverse number of transactions in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, represending domestic and multinational banks, industrial conglomerates and international investment holdings in their local and international investments.
Following eight years at a leading and pioneering multinational law firm in their İstanbul and Budapest offices, she then worked as chief legal counsel at J.P.Morgan Istanbul Branch for nearly three years.
She is a member and entrepreneur mentor at Endeavor Association.
