Erdem Süral represents and advises local and foreign clients in various sectors, both in terms of consultancy and dispute resolution. His practice covers matters from commercial contracts to employment law matters and advising on risk minimization, as well as representing clients in a wide range of disputes.
Prior to joining Aydemir in 2021, Erdem has worked for ten years at leading law firms dealing with foreign companies and foreign investments, and also acted an in-house counsel for a leading Turkish construction company having outbound operations.
Erdem Süral was promoted to Partner in Aydemir Legal Consultancy in 2023.
